1. Acceptance of terms
Is website ko use karne ya AIT mein admission lene ka matlab hai ki aap in terms se agree karte hain. Agar agree nahi karte toh please website use na karein.
2. Course enrollment
- Admission tab valid hoga jab fees ka first instalment pay hoga aur enrollment form submit hoga.
- Age proof aur ID proof dena zaroori hai.
- Batch allocation institute ki discretion pe hoga.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees posting/institute office pe ya online transfer se pay ki ja sakti hai.
- Fees ek baar pay hone ke baad non-transferable hai (except Refund Policy ke under).
- Late fee applicable ho sakti hai agar instalment due date miss ho.
4. Attendance and conduct
- Minimum 75% attendance zaroori hai certificate ke liye.
- Classroom mein misbehaviour, cheating ya damage — strict action, including termination without refund.
- Institute premises mein smoking, alcohol ya illegal substances strictly prohibited.
5. Certificate issuance
- Certificate tab issue hoga jab course complete ho, fees fully paid ho, aur assessment pass ho.
- Certificate ka verification online available hai. Public verification pe name, cert number aur issue date dikhega.
- Duplicate certificate ke liye nominal fees applicable hai.
6. Placement assistance
Hum job assistance provide karte hain — resume building, mock interviews, industry tie-ups ke through referrals. Lekin placement ki legal guarantee nahi hai. Actual job lagna student ke skills, interview performance aur market conditions pe depend karta hai.
7. Intellectual property
Course material, notes, videos aur software — sab AIT ki property hai. Unauthorized copying, distribution ya resale strictly prohibited hai. Violation pe legal action liya ja sakta hai.
8. Limitation of liability
AIT apni website ya services ke use se hone wale indirect, incidental ya consequential damages ke liye liable nahi hai. Maximum liability aapke paid fees tak limited hai.
9. Governing law
Ye terms India ke laws ke under governed hain. Koi bhi dispute Alwar, Rajasthan ke courts ki exclusive jurisdiction mein hoga.
